Returns & Exchanges

At Jackson Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; if it doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in original condition, including the original packaging and all included accessories.

Return Process

  Request a Return Authorization

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Guitar Securely

  Carefully place the instrument back into its original protective case and shipping carton, ensuring all manuals, tags, and tools are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of the box, ensuring no old barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the guitar's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
